Outpost Mushroom is the unofficial name for a pair of huts with peaked leafy roofs. Both huts contain nothing but several patches of Red Poisonous Mushrooms, hence its nickname. The grass outside the huts contain White Bundle Prairie Flowers and White-Spiked Prairie Flowers.
Unlike most other settlements , there is no way for the player to save their game, research held plants , or synthesize medicines . It is, however, treated as a human settlement by The Creature, who will not enter it.
Location[]
It is northeast of Ruin Site B across the large river. Best access is to get onto the regular trail to Site B, then head south when you reach the hilly section with the ruins all around.

It has no icon on the map and is never referred to in any in-game text. Although not an outpost as such, your position will be 'known' if you use your map without triangulating your position first.
